Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. The father of her Sergey (d. 2019) was an Ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was birthed in Minsk on 5 May 1998. She has won 12 WTA titles to her name in her career, which includes the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is her forte and she has also won Majors during both the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both of which were in partnership with Elisemertens. Alongside Mertens, the Belgian tennis player, she won WTA 1000s in Indian Wells in 2019 and Miami. The women's doubles had only four couples win this title. The singles world ranking climbed yet again, reaching its top position on the 20th of January, 2023. She rose into the top spot of the doubles ranking the next year after triumphing in Melbourne. This made her the second Belarusian tennis player to be successful in tennis. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, played with her during through the season of 2018 until close of her 2020 campaign. She also briefly teamed up with Dieter Kindlmann from August to September 2020. As of the year 2020's end, she's been coaching by her coach, Antonio Dubrov. Her idols include Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
